WHY I CREATED THIS

I know what it feels like to be stuck in old patterns.

To doubt yourself. To silence your truth. To feel like you don’t belong anywhere. I’ve been there, and I learned that healing happens faster, and deeper, when you’re in a space with others who understand you completely.

The mystery illnesses, the exhaustion, the disconnection… they come from turning against yourself, because you never had anyone who understood you enough to nourish your soul.

But no one showed you the way, because you are one of the chosen ones.
