Three Steps to Holding Your Highest Energy

In this podcast episode, I dive into a question I get all the time from clients, students, and listeners: “How do I hold onto this frequency I truly want to live in?” In other words, how can we sustain those high-vibe states, even as life does its thing?

Let me break down the three powerful steps I share in the episode – truths that have transformed my own journey and countless others:

Step 1: Upgrade Your Beliefs

Lasting change starts on the inside. Your beliefs about yourself shape your entire experience. If you’re still holding onto old stories—maybe ones planted by society, family, or even past pain—it’s time for an upgrade. Ask yourself: what do I truly believe about myself now? Are these beliefs helping me step into the highest version of myself, or keeping me stuck in shame and old patterns? Remember, you don’t attract what you are—you attract what you think you are. When your beliefs shift, your energy follows.

Step 2: Align Your Actions

Belief without action is just wishful thinking. True alignment means consistently choosing actions that match your new, upgraded beliefs. This could look like nourishing your body with clean food, surrounding yourself with uplifting people, or spending time in nature. When fear (or “upper limits” self-sabotage) creeps in, lean into courage. Act as if that new frequency is already yours, and watch what unfolds.

Step 3: Embrace Your True Identity

So many of us carry shame—stories about what’s “wrong” with us or why we’re not enough. The bravest thing you can do is look at those shadows, not with judgment, but with love and curiosity. In my own life, the pain of feeling “different” was actually my greatest gift. When I started to accept all parts of myself—light and shadow—I found my power, and my purpose. Your true identity is not defined by your struggles, but by your willingness to rise.

As I share on the episode, the most magical shifts happen when you dare to believe in something higher for yourself, take aligned actions, and refuse to let old shame block your shine. You are perfectly made for your purpose, and your sensitivity is the key—not the obstacle.
