Finding Courage to Live Authentically

Let’s get into something we all deal with – fear.

You might already know that I spend my days coaching individuals and groups, and the one word that consistently comes up as a barrier is fear. Whether it’s the fear of not knowing who you truly are, the fear of taking action, or even the fear of upsetting others by being your authentic self, it’s all incredibly common.

What keeps us stuck is fear, plain and simple.

But here’s where the shift happens: pair that fear with courage. Courage isn’t about eliminating fear; it’s about acknowledging it and taking aligned action anyway. When you embrace courage, you move closer to your higher self. The ego, full of fear, simply can’t compete with the transformative power of courage. Trust me, I’ve been through it myself. When you start living courageously, you peel back layers of fear and discover your true self.

Think about it. What’s scarier, staying stuck or moving forward with courage? For me, courage has been the game-changer. I encourage you to take those first steps, even if they’re tiny. Fear will always be part of the journey, but courage keeps you moving towards abundance and self-love.
